A channel enquiry, a technical question, or a new possibility.
We’d love to hear from you.
Why does my channel say “Setup required”?
A streaming address is not always a browser playback address. Modern browsers need an HTTPS HLS (.m3u8) output for television, or a compatible HTTPS audio stream for radio.
The supplied RTMP addresses are preserved as source links. They need to be converted or restreamed by an authorised streaming provider or a separate streaming server before they can play here. The hub does not perform transcoding on shared hosting.
A few helpful answers
Why can’t I watch a channel yet?
Its browser-compatible output has not been configured, or the broadcaster’s source is unavailable. “Setup required” is a configuration state, not a claim that the channel is live. Contact the team with the channel name for assistance.
Why did the radio stop when I chose another station?
The hub deliberately allows only one stream at a time. Starting another channel releases the previous stream so you never hear overlapping broadcasts.
Can I share a direct channel link?
Yes. Every channel has a permanent address. Use its Share button, copy the link from its channel page, or share it directly to WhatsApp or by email.
